PRICES
All prices include packaging and VAT.
Reservation on price errors. If the current price is higher, the customer will be contacted
and the order will be confirmed only in the event that the customer wishes to purchase at the actual price.
In case the current price is lower, it will be recalculated.
In addition to the cost of the products, shipping costs are added, when due, calculated at the time of check out.
CONFIRMATION OF ORDERS
After receiving the order, Erboristeria Filo d'Erba will send you an e-mail notification to the e-mail address provided,
in which he confirms receipt of the order and summarizes its content.
If you do not receive this e-mail please check that it is not in the spam box
(in which case you will need to mark it as "not spam"), or get in touch with us via email.
SHIPPING
Erboristeria Filo d'Erba applies a delivery cost of € 6.50 for orders up to € 45 .
For orders above 45 € the shipping is free.
We do our best to ensure that your order is processed and dispatched as quickly as possible.
It usually takes 2 to 4 business days to receive your order from the preparation date.
Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed starting from the following Monday.
If you wish to send a present please let us know at check out, we will package your package
and we will add a note with the words you want to communicate to the person who will receive the gift.
Don't forget to indicate the recipient's address.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following payment methods:
Via Paypal or VISA, MASTERCARD, PostePay credit card (or other enabled prepaid cards), on a secure PayPal server .

Orders paid by bank transfer will be shipped upon receipt of credit.
To speed up shipping, we recommend that you send us an email with the payment receipt to the address filo.derba26@gmail.com .
Payments by credit card are made through the secure Paypal server, leader in online payments,
which uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connections with 128-bit encryption, offering maximum security.
At check out, if you choose to pay by credit card, you will be directed to a Paypal page
in which you can enter your card number, which will travel encrypted only between your computer and the secure Paypal server,
without passing on our server and will not be recorded or stored by us in any way,
thus making it impossible to intercept it or use it in any other fraudulent way, neither during nor after the purchase.
To make payment with PayPal, the customer must register on the PayPal site. After logging in, you can confirm the payment.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
A successful return means when all returned products arrive sealed and in perfect condition.
A refund will not be made on products even once they have been opened, used or without original packaging.
We recommend that you pack the products well and ship them in a padded envelope or in a cardboard box to our address.
Any products that we receive broken or damaged due to inadequate packaging will not be refunded.
The risks and direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the Consumer.
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Consumer has the right to withdraw from any contract
concluded pursuant to these general conditions of sale, without any penalty,
within 14 days from when the product was delivered.
The deadline is calculated, in this case, starting from the day of receipt of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must send an explicit written communication to Erboristeria Filo d'Erba
to communicate your decision to withdraw. Subsequently, the Consumer will receive a confirmation email
exercise of the withdrawal, containing the return form to be included in the package,
and instructions for returning the product no later than the following 14 days.
Perishable or tailor-made products (such as herbal teas and loose herbs), open or partially used products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. You will be responsible for the decrease in the value of the products resulting from manipulation
other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

The right of withdrawal falls in the following cases:
Contracts for the supply of goods that have been specifically created for the needs of the consumer and for which the production has been required an individual choice clearly adapted to the personal needs of users; Contracts for the supply of goods that can be damaged quickly and whose return has been made after the maximum return date; Goods returned after the maximum return period; Sealed goods that are returned without a seal; Edible or personal hygiene goods opened, used or tried; Goods returned obviously opened, used, tampered with, damaged; Goods purchased in multipacks and returned only in part.
RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
We try to help ensure that our shipments have the least impact on the environment.
To do this, we use recycled materials whenever possible, such as packaging, paper and recycled polystyrene.
The products for sale on this site are not tested on animals , and totally free of GMOs .
For products that are not made in Italy and that come from non-European countries, we only collaborate
with suppliers who follow the guidelines of Ethical Commerce and which fit into our values.
