The Psyllium or Ispagul cuticle favors the regularity of intestinal transit by assisting the formation of stools of normal volume and consistency. It has an emollient and soothing action on the digestive system. 
 Mucilage has anti-inflammatory and soothing properties on the mucosa, and is therefore indicated in colitis and in all irritations of the walls of the gastrointestinal system. 
 To be consumed possibly in the morning, with a liquid or added to yogurt.
